York City Youth Team Grand DrawBy Ian Tyssen, Wednesday 13 January 2010The York City Youth Team's Sporting Dinner (guest speaker Jan Molby) at Manor School on Thursday 4th February is fast approaching.
An important element of the dinner is the Grand Draw, which will be drawn at the event. Hopefully, along with the dinner itself, it will raise thousands of pounds for the York City Youth Fund.
York Minstermen are delighted to have sponsored and promoted the Grand Draw.
Some of our members will also be selling raffle tickets for the Grand Draw at a stall in the Bootham Crescent car park before and after the game against Hayes & Yeading United on Saturday.
The stall, which will be open from 1.30 until kick off and immediately after the game, will be situated near to the Main Stand B entrance under the Family Room. Just come along, fill in some ticket stubs and hand your cash and stubs to those staffing the stall.
Tickets are priced at £1 each and there are many excellent prizes up for grabs.
